Highlights from the recent China Cycle Trade Show Trip

On a recent trip to the China Cycle Trade Show in Shanghai, the ByK Team (aka Warren Key and Young Ambassador, Jensen Key) also had a chance to check in on some of the ByK Manufacturing locations. This photo above shows Jensen and the pre-assembled 510MTB wheels ready for final assembly. We were proud to see the overall cleanliness and evidence of staff satisfaction and working facilities which was apparent once again. As a manufacturer, this is an ongoing area of monitoring for us. In this photo, as an example, you can see the cleanliness and order of the factory is second to none.

Frame Weighing and Colour Matching

We also witnessed the regular weighing of frames and components which is mandatory to ensure our consistent standards are kept high. And its always great to see the new colour choices in person, on actual components. Choosing new colours from books is never an easy process!
